Fill MIDI note gaps

If there are multiple areas between existing MIDI notes on one pitch, what will make the selection of these gaps quick?

Then, once these gaps are selected, will like to insert MIDI notes in order to fill gaps.

The legato function extends the note value. Instead, will like to create new notes in gaps between MIDI notes on one pitch.

I don’t think that’s possible. The gap isn’t an object so you can’t select it.
