It would be cool to be able to select items in the filter before selecting notes etc.
If I paste lyrics (filtered) to music that is slightly different rhythmically, could the paste be more intelligent in assigning lyrics to notes?
For example, I’m pasting from dotted crotchet - quaver to two crotchets. Two syllables and two notes.
Dorico, at the moment, would leave the second crotchet blank and paste the lyric to the ‘and’.
Other, ahem, software copes with this kind of thing…
