Is it possible to use the filter note by pitch on all kick-notes?
No, because notes on percussion instruments don’t have a pitch. I would suggest that you temporarily switch to using the “individual instruments” presentation type; then you can select one note on the kick drum, and Shift-click to select the remainder (or use e.g. Edit > Select to End of Flow), then copy and paste elsewhere.
That is the workflow for me now, but is cost time. Maybe for the future you could filter notes on a specific lane or filter on midi or something.
