I have been trying for days to get this work with any success. I have a controller with 16 knobs of which 8 have been setup as remote control using generic remote and need to use the other 8 knobs to record automation data of vst instruments on their respective midi tracks.
But the midi data from knobs setup as remote control also gets recorded on the midi tracks, for which i have been trying to use input transformer on the midi track to filter the CC’s used for generic remote. Gave it a shot again after months but just could not get it to work. Although i tried every possible combination of lines, is an image of one of the settings I tried - imghst.co
Am I doing something wrong? Or is there any other way I can achieve what I am trying? Would appreciate any help. Really stuck here!
