A while back, I used a sequencer to record some MIDI and play it back using HALion Sonic. Since then, I’ve upgraded to the VST3 version of HALion. When I try to open that old file, the program tells me that HALion Sonic SE.dll is not available on my computer. I could replace it with the VST3 version on those tracks, but the problem is, I have no idea what patches I used. It seems like I need an old copy of HALion Sonic SE.dll just to be able to crack open the binary data stored in the sequencer and see what the patches were. Is there any way I can figure this out?
