Find recent file

I have downloaded Dorico and started a project. Now when I reopen Dorico to continue working the whole thing is gone and it says that there are no recent files to open
In the manual it says that the project it saved automatically. What am I doing that is wrong this is very frustrating

Welcome to the forum, and sorry to hear you have a problem. It might help the developers (I’m not one of them, I’m just a fellow user) if you generate a Diagnostic Report (from the Help menu, Dorico will place it on your desktop) and post it here. Simply drag the file into the editing panel here on the forum, that will upload it. It may tell the technical people what happened.

Is this on the iPad, or Mac or Windows?

It is on an IPad

Dorico for iPad always saves your project automatically when you return to the Hub by closing the project. It should of course then appear on the Open Recent page of the Hub, but if for some reason it doesn’t, open the Files app (a separate app on your iPad), and have a look in there, both in On My iPad and iCloud Drive for your project. It should be in one of those two locations.

I have read the manual and it says that the file should be saved automatically. Unfortunately it is gone when I reopen it. There are no recent files to open. Is this since I do not close the project properly???

How do I return to the hub with the project open??

I found them all now… thanks

I can confirm that Dorico for IPad doesn’t show the latest used score in the Recent category. I always have to search for it. It’s not how it should be.
