This very good but how I can use them again in another project.
when I open new project they are not there, even I saved them as default in the engraving option. But each new project they are note there do I have to save as template . or what I should do

Sorry about that. Did you click the empty star to turn it black when you created the harmonic in the Music Symbol editor? See step 5 above and the little star in the bottom left column in the first example above. If so, and it is still not a default, something strange is happening and someone more expert than me will need to help you.

I just tried opening a new file from scratch and there it is in the Music Symbols and it works fine in the popover. The only thing I can think of is that you are trying it in a file that was created before you added the symbol. The default will only apply to new files.
To add it to old files, you must either add it again as above, or more easily go to Library>Library Manager and at the top select Compare to User Library and where it reads Music Symbols in the list on the left and next to it a red = with a slash through it, click that = and it will become a blue check mark. Then hit Apply in the bottom right. This causes all your default settings for Music Symbols to be applied to the old file.
If that doesn’t work, hopefully a kind soul will be along to help before long.

You are very welcome, @imadabeidoh I’m glad that did it for you. But at some point you will need to investigate the Library Manager. It’s a very important part of the program.
