I am running Cubase 5 and I am noticing that the first midi note does not play back. I can see the note in midi view but I noticed that it is not a solid color like the rest of them. Any ideas?
The midi note is not located in the midi event. So just expand the midi event a bit to cover the note.

So I expanded the midi view and now, the note is not there. So, I re-recorded starting on the 6th measure to see what happens before the midi event and I noticed that the note automaically shifts backwards a little bit into the 5th measure. I quantize it and the midi note doesn’t move. I can move it by hand and it works, but a huge pain in the tucus for every single track. Is there a setting that will correct this?
