Hello Guys, i want to buy the cubase 9 elements for the first time. But the box is not available. If i only buy the download form it will work for me?

It will work the same. No problem at all.
But the boxed version says it will be “Available shortly”. And, apparently it is the same price. So, if for some reason you really need to have the boxed version, then wait a bit.
