I have a score imported from a single page Sibelius that just runs over into two pages in Dorico (by 2 bars). I can’t see how to shrink the music to fit on the page. Can it be done?
Go to Engrave mode. Note, Dorico works in terms of “frames” not “pages,” but in the default layout there is one music frame (blue box) per page.
You can select just the first and last note of a passage and then “make into frame”, “make into system”, etc.
Ah, thanks. I had to work out that selecting the first and last note requires control-click (on Mac) but that works fine
