I want 4 systems per frame. Works fine in violin part, but cello has compressed spacing for some pages and not others., with no pattern as to which pages don’t spread out that I can see. What am I doing wrong? How can I obtain fixed spacing, same on every page?
Towards the bottom of Layout Options there are vertical justification settings. My guess is that your left page is less than 60% full (as shown at the bottom of the page from within Engrave > Staff Spacing) and your vertical justification settings say not to justify the page unless it’s more than 60% full.
@pianoleo Good man! You nailed it. I had not recalled I had made this adjustment for V1, and not for V2, VLA, and VC for the quartet.
