Hello where do I find the small circle for flageolet?
I can’t find that one in the playing techniques on the right…

Type Shift+P for the playing techniques popover, type “o” into the popover, and hit Return twice.

Alternatively, you might be interested in Dorico’s more semantic support for harmonics. See here (English) or here (German).
