Flow title missing and go to instrument not showing

Hi,
I’m recreating a drum score for tutorial purposes but I’m unable to get the flow title to show and the go to Snare drum to show in percussion part.
I enclose my dorico file as well. as the pdf

Regarding Flow titles:

In Layout Options > Page Setup > Show flow headings select For all Flows for all desired layouts.

Regarding instrument change warnings:

In Layout Options > Players > Instrument Changes check Show instrument change warnings for all desired layouts.
