In the score that I’m currently editing with Dorico 6.0.10.6032, I set 1 picc and 2 flutes(with doubling picc). So, basically, I have three people by now:
And now I want to condense player 2 and 3 in one stave, but I just cannot even after manual condensing. The setting is as below.
So, what can I do now to successfully condense the two players below? Thx!
I seem to remember condensing staves of multi instrument players was included in the 6.1 update, but can’t look it up since the Dorico blog site, which includes the release notes is currently down
I use 6.1.10.6078
You can check if the checkbox “Allow instrument changes on condensed staves” is available in the Layout Options
6.1 is a free upgrade for 6.0 users
Oh, yes. Have to click “Allow instrument changes on condensed staves”. Solved.
