Fly Away, a song about the transportive nature of love

Here’s a new recording just finished in Cubase 13 of a song that dates back a little over 20 years.. It was performed at my daughter’s wedding in 2004. Verse 2 was for her, and this performance is definitely an update in several ways. Trying, of course, to get some more definitive recordings finished of things I sing ,while there’s still a singing voice left. Lyrics are there on the bandcamp page if anyone follows the link to that.
Accompanying the voices will be 3 different electric guitars, an acoustic guitar, and a fretless bass. All were recorded into Line 6’s Helix Native. The drums were done using Groove Agent, and there’s a sort of Rhodes sounding piano, and an organ both done through Halion. The vox went into Helix Native too, and were processed using Steinberg’s Vocal Chain.
Thanks for listening, if you do, and for any comments you might leave.
