I got response from the support regarding the font issue.
They forwarded the issue to their developers, but the guy from the support was not very confident, that a “choose font” function will be implemented in the (near) future.
So don’t install “crazy” fonts… that’s the workaround.
Has anyone received any communication or info from Steinberg? This crushed my ADR session today. Talent couldn’t read the prompt from Nuendo ADR Panel and my client was not happy. Did not go well, considering I had previously bragged about this system.
I did sort-of-fix my problem. Used a website to ID the font, and uninstalled that set. Nuendo now uses a different font, but I’m not sure which… it’s not a default but it is a legible sans serif. Workable!
