Good day all. Any thoughts all. Any ideas on why certain fonts such as Finale Maestro appear in one project but are missing from others?
The font Finale Maestro is not available in other projects. You can see below it is missing from the list;
I am running Dorico 5 Pro on a Macbook Pro.
Thanks!

Is the font actually listed and enabled in Font Book? Does it show in the font list of other apps? (NB: it won’t show in macOS’s “English” set: make sure you’re looking at “All” fonts.)
Typically actual Fonts don’t exist as Font Styles unless you’ve used them to customise objects wtihin the library, e.g. Playing Techniques/:Lines/Music Symbols etc.
If these objects haven’t been saved as default, these custom Font Styles only exist within the library of each relevant project.
By looking for specific fonts in the Font Styles list, you’re kind of missing the point: the expectation is that you set e.g. the Default Music Text Font to use whatever Font family you like (e.g. Petaluma or Finale Maestro or whatever), and then you tell the Chord Symbols Music Text Font to inherit from the Default Music Text Font.
That way if you decide you want to change the Music Font, you only have to change one Font Style (Default Music Text Font), and all the other font styles that have that as their parent will update accordingly.

Thanks for the replies. Actually, I just powered on my Mac to try experimenting with the suggestions provided, and Finale Maestro appeared on the list of available fonts! Seems a reboot did something to resolve the issue I was having.
Lesson learned; try a reboot first.
