For Midi Step Input Line Fallows Cursor Position

Hello Cubase fellas,

Is there any way that make ‘‘Midi Step input line (blue)’’ fallow to Cursor? Because everytime i start to do midi input I have to take it to the curser position also. Is there any settings to make it fallow always cursor?
