In Engrave mode, click on the final frame break, and press Shift-S to turn it into a System break. You’ll also need to reset staff spacing on that last page.
There are some other suggestions I would make, but only if you would like them.

Dear Dan,
Feel free - this i second week with Dorico - its hard to unlearn years of Finale experience and grasp an new logic.

How did you manage to get the system onto page 6?
Is that by reset staff spacing on page 6?
Correct. Select anything on that last page of music in Engrave, and Engrave>Staff Spacing>Reset Selected Frames.
Hi,
I’m having the same problem. But I want the last line of my music to be on the previous page. I did the “frame break” and set it to “wait for next frame break” but it’s still not moving to the previous page.
How do I force the system to be on the previous page?
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks!
First of all delete the Frame break.
Before forcing anything by inserting breaks try to reduce slightly the gap between the systems.
Go to Layout Options > Vertical Spacing and decrease Inter-system gap by a 1/4 space. Click Apply. This could be sufficient.
The force way is to select something in the first bar and the final barline of the last bar with ⌘/CTRL-click and then choose Make into Frame. But adjusting global settings should be the first choice.
Your Frame Break is in the wrong place: you need a Frame Break at the beginning of the previous page that Waits For Next. That way Dorico will continue to squeeze music onto that page until it encounters another Frame Break (which will start the next page).
Yay! That did it. Thank you SO much for your help!
