FR After exporting a file, open enclosing folder

A small annoyance of mine is that pdfs or graphics exported are never shown to me. I always have to find the files manually.

Ideally, I’d like a Finder / Explorer window to automatically open up with the exported files selected. At the very least, there should be a button somewhere saying “Open folder” or something similar, like shown in red in the screenshot below.

PS.: I am curious as to why scrolling through the document in the Print tab feels so weird and stuttery. Is it not a normal scrollable pane?

Yes, this would be helpful. However there is a quick shortcut sequence as you are on Mac:

  • Click into the path field
  • ⌘A
  • ⌘C
  • ⌘-Tab to Finder
  • ⇧⌘G
  • ⌘V
  • :right_arrow_curving_left:

In case you use Keyboard Maestro this is a macro which performs the sequence. You just have to add a trigger
