According to Gould, p. 427, bowings should be placed outside of fermatas. Actually, they should be placed outside of all other marks. However, Dorico places them between the fermata and the staff (since they’re categorized as playing techniques, I assume), and they require manual adjustment.
I’d like to request the option for bowings to be placed outside of fermatas. Thanks!

I would love the ability to give playting techniques an order reference per default in the playing technique editor (similar to what’s already possible in the properties panel) . I often find myself adding some techniques in quite random order, or adding another sul pont to all the strings later and then needing to go back and change every instance.
