Just add “delete note” (Or Eraser tool) to Right click by holding Alt modifier 
it will be more logical when holding ALT : Left click draw Note, Right click Delete - isn’t it great ? 
btw, by holding ctrl,shift we have pop-up menu already.
So why we need 3rd one by holding alt
