As I understand it, WL’s current preset system in here, will allow up to 5 snapshots (holds) of settings - but its of the overall spectrum. You can’t choose separate channels to ‘freeze’ within the view for examination… Maybe I’m missing a trick…

Each channel has its own panel, unlike in the video you show.
And a WaveLab Snapshot acts on all channels, yes.
Understood; however there seems a good degree of elegance with the Audition ‘one window/panel’ approach - especially when working with WL on laptops. Maybe it could be considered as an option to add in to a future release…
