I am having trouble with titles and subtitles displaying within a frame. The text is chopped off on both ends because I can’t adjust the frames. Is there a way to adjust them?
I guess you don’t have Dorico Pro then? Changing the font size, perhaps?

Yes, you should edit the First page template in Engrave mode, not the page itself. Although you could if you select the Frame tool at the left..
Double-click the First page template on the right size.

Then you can select the frame by clicking the line and drag the handles.
Finally Copy from left to right if you edited the left page, apply and close.

Thank you so much. While this makes perfect sense, it is still very awkward and hard to adjust.
But the nice thing is that you can save the page template, so that you never have to do it again. And as I added, you can edit the page directly with the Frame tool in Engrave mode. You can also use the alt/opt + arrows do move the selected handles, or write in the numbers in the lower panel.
