Freezing an individual instrument output

I have a setup where I have a number of MIDI tracks routing into Kontakt which then route out the outputs in multiple tracks. I want to freeze only a few of those tracks as I’m done working with those instruments, but freezing Kontakt ends up freezing every single output that comes out from it.

Is there a way to selectively do it on only certain output channels?

No there isn’t.

I haven’t tested this myself but you might be able to do this with a workaround. Simply muting the tracks you don’t want to freeze certainly won’t help. Maybe if you ‘disable’ the outputs and then enable them after the freeze has been done might work?
