Frequent Crashing with Melodyne /ARA2

Hi,

I tried to use Melodyne (4.2.2.004, 64 bit)via ARA. In Principle it is working good.
However, cubase crashes frequently, meaning latest after a few minutes.
Cubase version is 10.0.30 Pro
This happens either when activating Melodyne for a track, or when editing a track.
So it is not really usable in the moment…any ideas?
I attached the crahshlog from the latest crashes.

All 3 crashes are the same and they are in Melodyne 4.2.2. Please get in touch with Celemony. Thanks.

thank you for your answer. I wrote to Melodyne support, and will post if I get information on the issue.

Please post the response you get? I have emailed them twice on a different matter and never heard anything…

Same here

There are also interface artifacts where melodyne randomly opens with a blank screen.
I’m not sure if this is a cubase or melodyne issue, or both, so I haven’t bothered reporting the details yet. I was expecting you and initial problems to be honest.

I was contacted by support but they could’t reproduce it with a project I sent them. They asked for crashlogs which I sent them, and support told me that the developers will have look into it.
I got fast and detailed responses on my request, so I can’t complain about support communication.
