Can anyone advise me if there is a way to change the orientation of the fretted instrument panel / display from right handed player to left hand player in Dorico Pro 4. ? Not so much for the finished product more for ease of use as a lefty.

There’s no direct way to do this in one click, but you could always use the Edit Strings and Tuning dialog to set up an instrument with the strings in the reverse order, perhaps?
