Waited two weeks for the delivery of my new Avid Artist MC Control surface. It now appears (at least for the last hour) that SB’s elicenser control center is down. I can’t download the Eucon Adaptor which means I can’t use my new gear.
Man, if you’re going to require us to use a dongle you’ve GOT to have up time to at least five 9s.
And not only that, but My Steinberg is down as well so no way to reach support either. No phone number no email. 
I’ve tried the download on multiple computers so I’m sure the problem is at SB headquarters.
