GA5 Acoustic Agent SE now showing only one entry, 4am, which is the first slot. I tried every thing to get the kit list back, inc new project. I have hit the reset filter button, no filters applied.

In GA5, the Studio SE icon in my program is different from yours. I only see that Icon in GAse6. And when I click on that icon I too only get 1 result (not the same as yours though).
Yeah, this thing is either pretty wonky or I clicked on something I shouldn’t have. Sorry I’m not being more specific, this has me really confused.
2 Studio SE kits shown. The first one only contains my user preset as shown above. The one towards the bottom presents as expected.

I summarise, but is is confusing.
There are two very similar icon pics. Both are called Studio SE. One has the words Studio kit SE underneath it, and the other SE Studio Kit.
Spot the difference?
Studio SE: SE Studio Kit is the one with a full color picture of red drums and is a freebie With Groove Agent SE. It only has one preset: 4am. This loads as a Beat Agent.
Studio SE: Studio Kit SE, on the other hand, is a wash of red, not full color, It does not contain 4am, but it does contain 20 presets. It loads as Acoustic Agent SE kits
There is another third Kit set, called Studio Kit, this also loads its presets as Acoustic Agent SE kits. Maybe this is the full version of Studio Kit SE? The earth may end before we know.
If I load other libraries such as The Kit, the presets load into Acoustic Agent - with no SE suffix.

Terminology in Groove Agent is a real challenge, but it is a wonderful app.
I am wondering if some of this is a consequence of having both Groove Agent SE6 (Cubase 15 freebie) on my system and Groove Agent 5 (full version)
Not sure if I would loose stuff if deleted the former?

Delete SE (but if you have tons of former projects saved that use SE !!! DONT)
SE is of no use on your system if you have the full version.

I have Groove Agent 5 and Groove Agent SE6, with full library downloads and everything working. There’s no SE Studio Kit.
The SE Studio Kit looks like an accidental save or a file glitch which shouldn’t exist. I would delete all Groove Agent libraries and re-download in case there are other glitches that will show up soon.
I wouldn’t think the GA SE6 removal would be necessary or helpful.
There are a few kits which have a “full” version and a corresponding SE version, including full names “Beat Agent GA 4”, “Studio Kit” and “The Kit”.
