It would be convenient if I could change the staff spacing in galley view by dragging a staff instead of going back into the settings for that.

Yes, we agree. It’s something we plan to implement in future.

Updates on this? I get collisions in galley view on every score.
Then if I change the overall spacing in the layout options many of them are too far apart.
I am trying to make score videos and scrolling in galley view is important for that.
It would be helpful if Dorico could look a little better for that purpose.
Library->Layout Options, select Vertical Spacing, scroll down to “In galley view, expand ideal staff gaps to:” and set a large value. I usually have mine set to 175%, but in rare cases you might want it to be bigger. You can click the Set as Default button to make this the default on future projects.
I already use that. It is what I was referring to by “change the overall spacing”, i.e. the %.

Yeah big vote for this. Would be great to be able to quickly drag staves in galley view. Maybe also, auto spacing for collision avoidance in galley view? Thanks
