Is this working incorrectly or am I misunderstanding this setting? I would expect D7/F# but instead I’m just getting D7.
The option works OK for me, entering that particular voicing into a new project and using the same settings as in your little clip. A project might be more useful to reproduce the problem than a video.

Here you go, Daniel, thanks for checking it out. I can verify that the option does work when copying and pasting that passage into a new file, so seems to be an error in the project. I’ve chopped out just the section I tried it on.
It looks like the values in Note Input Options (ctrl-shift-I) are taking precedence over the values in the dialog. I’ll make a note of this - thanks!
