Generic Remote Not Working at all

Hi,

This is very weird, I can’t get Generic Remote to do anything…

It responds to MIDI learn, but doesn’t perform the function I define for it on the lower window…
Even weirder is the fact the same hardware and function works using Quick Controls…
What’s even more weird (last time I swear) is that it happens on my home DAW, but not at the studio’s DAW…

How illogical is that?Any Ideas?

FWIW, I teach cubase for a living for the last 8 years, this has never happened to me before…

That’s very strange.
Are you on 7.0.6 or 7.5? The export format for GR in 7.5 and 7.0.6 is ever so slightly different so importing in the other might not work.
Are there any conflicting inputs? Try activating only the GR and nothing else.
Is the GR configured the same way it is at home? (Receive/Transmit/Relative) and in the lower pane?
Is it the same MIDI controller?
