Morning All
Still having an issue with C15 pro (C14 pro no issue)
Connecting Genos1 or Novation SL51 MKII
Genos 1
When I select a track in Cubase a piano sound come out
If I have ten tracks for each track I have one diffent note
With C14 pro no issue, all works well
Novation 61 SL MKIII
Playing notes from C0 to C2 no issue but when I play C3 and ON, C15 pro open a folder where I have my project recordered and no sound.
With C14 pro no issues
Do you have an idea on what happen?
Does anyone have same issue?
W11 pro for both test

The way you describe it, I think that it is caused by having wrong MIDI Ports to a Mackie Device in your Studio→Studio Setup→Mackie Control (Most probably they’re set to “All”). Check also the MIDI Ports setup for your MIDI Remote Devices.

What is strange to me that wiyh C14 pro it works well (without this issue)
I just did update from 14 to 15
Good morning
The issue was procured by this Mackie control
I did a lot of test and finally I decide to bring back again my old computer installing again C15 pro with W10
Surprised me when I opened studio set up and didn’t find Maéckie control ‘W10 I7 Intel)
With this condition I checked Novation MKIII and Genos and all worked FINE
So I installed again C15 pro on the new computer (W11 I9 ) and opening Studio set up and appeared Mackie control
I decided to remove it (trash) and great no more interferencies between Novation MKIII and Genos.
However, now I have another issue:
W10 I7 C15 (another compputer) all controls, PAN, VOLUME, CHANGE TRACKS, MIX etc. were working fine and without Mackie control
W11 I9 C15 no noises or intempestif opening things or stranges sonds with Genos but without Mackie cohntrol cleared I lost track controls.
It’s evedent Mackie control procured all of my issues
I spent almost one week to arrive at this
My issue now is
Why without mackie control with W11 I lose the controls of my Novation?
Really I don’t understand why each time I move upgrade Cubase new issues appeare!!!
Does anyone can explain me, please, how these issues can be fixed?
P.S. all drivers are last version and I update them.
Continuing my tests I used Makcie baby HUI and seems to be OK with boths keyboard
