Hi,
I am trying to get Cubase SL 3 to run on a new computer (HP 270-A011 with AMD Dual Core Processor E2-9000 1.8 GHz/ 2.2 GHz with Windows 10). I am doing this because I wish to convert some old .ALL files to files compatible with Cubase Studio 4. The software is installed, as are all updates I can find on the Steinberg website. The software will not open or run. What do you think the problem could be? I greatly appreciate any insights you can offer me.
