Dear Yamaha, please buy out Gibson Guitars, you have always matched or exceeded Gibson build quality but you could have their British Honduras Mahogany, the Gibson secret ingredient.
Guitars are history - todays’ kids don’t want to spend 10,000+ hours learning a real instrument when they’ve got all their spare time burned up by more “important” things on social media.
Let’s leave well enough alone…
I like my Yamaha model FGX730SC acoustic guitar just the way it is. I only paid $430 for it and if Yamaha owned Gibson that same guitar may have been priced… way above my pay grade.
