Give Controller Lanes some love

It would be super duper if Controller Lanes in the Key Editor received some Steinberg love.
Here are a few basic ideas:

  • Reorganize lanes by drag and drop
  • Rename lanes
  • Modernize preset handling

  • Allow presets to be selected by key commands
    (Already there!)

Isn’t that already possible? MIDI→Controller Lane Setup 1-16. Or do you mean something else?

Right you are!
It’s a pita to use though since you can’t reorder your presets.

I think in general a lot of areas could benefit from a modernized and unified preset system with a consistent user interface and functionality…
