Global Inserts Bypass not working?

If I attempt to click the “I” at the top of the mixer console to bypass all inserts nothing happens visually or to the audio - no inserts (reverb for example) are bypassed.

The individual, per track, bypass buttons work just fine.

What am I missing? I know it’s something simple.

Leave your mouse on top of it for a second and the following tooltip will appear, explaining that you have to hold Alt and click the button.

Aha! I couldn’t quite figure out what the tooltip meant! Thank you, it works fine.
