Global Search / Command Palette for Cubase (similar to macOS Help menu search)

I would like to request a Global Search bar (or “Command Palette”) inside Cubase, allowing users to instantly find commands, menu items, preferences, and settings by typing a few letters (similar to macOS “Help → Search”, Studio One’s Command Palette, or Reaper’s Action List).

Why this is needed:

  • Cubase has a huge number of features, sometimes hard to locate quickly.

  • During client sessions, there’s no time to dig through menus.

  • A global search would greatly speed up workflow and navigation.

Requested functionality:

  • Shortcut (e.g. Ctrl/Cmd + K) opens a search bar.

  • Instant fuzzy search across menus, commands, preferences, Studio Setup, etc.

  • Pressing Enter executes the command or opens the corresponding page.

  • Even a minimal MVP (commands + preferences) would be extremely helpful.
