I was hoping that Dorico 1.2.10.139 would fix this but it hasn’t so I’m bringing it up again.

Had a look at this now and it seems your snare gets interpreted as a soft snare by the perc map. If you clear the line for Midi Note 31 in the perc map it works as expected… ( but it doesn’t answer the underlying question … )
