Just to let you know that for the first time, you can open your MIDI keyboard controler ( as my M-Audio Keystation Pro-88 ) AFTER you open Cubase and it will work !

It was like this since since on Mac already. On Widows this is new since Cubase 9, right.
BTW, it’s also true for an Audio Device.
