Good news for new video engine!! But......

I have found a great codec for playback of video ,ffmpeg and prores…I’m not sure if there are the same thing…but 2 cons
First the file sizes are Huge second there is only a few ways to encode ffmpeg on a pc …none for Adobe which is my workflow…but the files play real nice in cubase ,very responsive and fast while winding and shuttling…if anyone knows how to encode in meadia encoder please let me know ,I can’t control the bitrate…and the option for dnx files ,has anyone tried this? Is there a demo for cubase to try these codecs out?..good news but a 45 minute file was like 23 gb,unrealistic, but if I can control the bitrate I can lower it avanti was the only windows ffmpeg encoder I could find…
