goodbye to my license cubase

Hi, I have a problem. I have a license cubase, which came with my mic zoom h1. Had the software installed on my desktop, but this has had an accident with motherboard. Now I want to install the software again but on my laptop, but not how to do it as logically not allow me to use the same license. What is done in these cases?

Assuming you registered it, log into the My Steinberg website and you’ll be able to generate a new activation code.

There is a process in the SeL FAQ thread in the AI/LE forum for reactivation.

yea. the message is: There is no Soft-eLicenser with this number.

If all else fails, log into your My Steinberg account and create a support request (on the My Support menu).

See: https://www.steinberg.net/en/support/knowledgebase_new/show_details/kb_show/program-installation-does-not-create-a-soft-elicenser.html

The eLC Installation Helper will delete an existing Soft-eLicenser and create a new one. This would assume you have no other licenses on it, which it sounds like you don’t.

no other licenses. ok. thanks. i try this
