I got my dongle for Cubase Studio 4 but trying to reactivate it it says it is registered for another user but I have no idea what was the account I used 10 years ago. Any suggestions?
Contact support if you need access to an old account. Meanwhile, you can use your usb dongle like always (it is impossible to reactivate a license inside an usb key). Just plug the dongle on the computer and you are good to run the software.
Forgot to mention I need the activation code, seems like I need to contact support.
You don’t need an activation code If there is a full license inside your usb key. Or are you trying to upgrade?
