Grace period NEK 6 > NEK 6.5 not happening

Using the “Maintenance” feature of the eLicenser software I upgraded my N6 license > N6.5 no problem…but my NEK still says “NEK 6”

The NEK features are unavailable in N6.5 :frowning:

Please advise.
