Grace Period - no license for C11

I have activated my Cubase 10 to Cubase 10.5 upgrade but my license didn’t get upgraded to Cubase 11. What’s wrong?

Could you run the maintenance in the eLicenser Control Center? The grace period eligibility is valid on https://www.steinberg.net/en/support/grace_period.html and it just might be a glitch in the system.

I had the same issue but can confirm that running Maintenance automatically upgraded me to Cubase 11 since I had only just activated 10.5, thanks a lot Ed! :slight_smile:

I ran maintenance couple of times before posting, however, running maintenance after rebooting the system worked. All is well!
