I made a purchase of Nuendo8 from a dealer, but only got a Nuendo7 from the dealer and indicated me to update it to 8. Now I updated to Nuendo10, which I read from the Grace Period section says I am allowed to update my Nuendo to 10 but I saw the elcc did not yet authorize my access. My Nuendo8 activation date is Feb, 28th, 2019. I 'd like to know if I can still update my Nuendo to 10? thanks

Previous Nuendo versions activated from March 13 2019 are eligibly for a cost-free Grace Period update to Nuendo 10.
