Because the appearance of the accelerando in this part layout looked a bit odd, I changed the gradual style to the one comprising the abbreviation and dotted line. However, I then saw that the property was mirrored in the full score, which I don’t want. I had thought that setting my part layout to local properties would work, but it seems that the command - if that’s the correct word in this context - works solely as a global property. Is there a way of achieving what I’m trying to do?
Unfortunately system-attached items like tempos don’t quite work in the same way as staff-attached items when it comes to the handling of properties. Tempos in particular are special in that most of the properties that appear in the panel can’t vary between layouts etc.
