Do you have the latest driver installed? Do you have a *.dmp file available, you could attach, please?
Nvidia 4070 graphics gaming driver 591.74 desktop, and yes it is up to date, I am trying to use the Cubase 15.0.6
I had the same error recently. I reinstalled the studio graphics driver. That worked for me. Wishing you the best with this!

Please try this:
- Download the latest Studio driver version from here. If there is no Studio driver for your graphic card, use the one, which is available and continue with the same steps below.
- Disconnect the computer from the Internet to ensure Windows will not download and install its graphic driver.
- Uninstall the NVIDIA driver.
- Restart the computer.
- Start the NVIDIA driver installation (as administrator).
- Don’t install the whole package, use the Custom (Advanced) settings.
- Disable everything (don’t install NVIDIA Experience, PhysX, etc.), and keep the video driver enabled.
- Connect your computer to the internet.

I found the cause of this error. Just turn off smooth motion option in the graphics card driver settings.
NVIDIA drivers often cause Cubase issues.
I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro 16ACH6 with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H.
LatencyMon showed some serious latency issues.
I disabled the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 in Device Manager,
forcing the system to use only the ATI AMD Radeon™ graphics.
Problem solved.
