Hi there,
Just upgraded from Cubase 12 Pro and I noticed some display bugs when scrolling menus.
I use the GPU of my I5 12500 and never had this problem with C12.

Hi,
Could it be related to the known issues?
Hi Martin,
I don’t know if it’s the same issue.
It happens when scrolling menus like this :
Hi,
I’m on Mac, but I don’t see something like this on my side.
Hi,
I suppose this is the reason you don’t see something like that but I can.tell you that the problem exist. There is a “jump effect” when scrolling the menus.
EDIT : I updated the GPU with the latest Intel driver but the problem remains the same.
Some VST plugins are not displayed correctly (white window).
Hi @Xion
Sorry to hear your bug hasn’t been fixed yet. I’m afraid my aging eyes are not really able to understand which bug you are point to nonetheless. Could you record a new video with a higher FPS maybe? Where should we look at exactly?
Cheers,
Armand
Hi @Armand,
You should see the problem better now.
This concerns all Cubase menus (especially long ones).
Okay, let’s hope then. Don’t hesitate to let me test it if necessary (I took the Cubase 13 Pro demo).
Cheers,
Laurent
Hi,
Any news on fixing this bug for the next update?
I bought a brand new screen but the problem remains the same.
Any news for a Cubase 13 update ?
My trial version is about to expire and I would like to know if this graphical bug has been resolved.
It is, thanks a lot !
Hi @Xion ,
Cubase 13.0.30 has been released. Could you try it, please?
Hi @Martin.Jirsak ,
Sorry I wasn’t clear enough. I was just telling @Armand that the bug is resolved now and that I no longer have any problems with Cubase 13.0.30. Thanks Steinberg team !
