When opening Groove Agent, it cannot locate any voices. I am running an iMac with 10.12.6 operating system. I am wondering if the instruments are a separate download, or do you purchase them separately?

Groove Agent is a separated product. But Groove Agent SE is part of Cubase license (including the library).
The library is installed with Cubase Full Installer.
So I would recommend to reinstall Cubase from the Full Installer (no worries, Cubase will not be reinstalled, if it’s installed already, same as other components). Please, make sure you:
- Download the Full Installer.
- Unpack the ZIP file and install from the unzipped folder.
- Install as administrator.
